The requirements are the same on all the assignments, which allows a consistency
in the estimating and the basic information needed. The diary entry allows you to
provide dialog to the insurance company and obtain information back from the insurance
company in order to provide consistent customer service. The "prescreening" process
to obtain contractors allows the insurance companies to obtain contractors which
