Alacrity only certifies the highest quality
contractors for our program. As part of the
commitment to superior service and as a testament to the high
quality of work performed by our credentialed contractors,
Alacrity requires all Contractors on the Specialty Contractor
Network to stand behind their work for three years on
workmanship issues and for one year on issues regarding
materials used in the repair.
All Specialty Contractors agree to promptly
correct any work which fails to conform to the agreed upon
repairs and which appears during the progress of the
work. For a
period of three years from the date of completion of the work,
Alacrity requires the contractor to address any and all
defects, deficiencies, and non-compliance within twenty four
hours after receiving notice of the problem.
