Alacrity offers to the property owner an opportunity to participate in Alacrity’s Quality Assurance(”QA”) Program should the property owner elect to do so. Under the terms of the QA Program, Alacrity offers to stand behind materials used by its contractors for one year, and to stand behind the workmanship of its contractors for three years, both periods running from the date of completion. In order to take of advantage of this additional protection, you only have to sign the Certificate of Satisfaction indicating that the repairs were completed to your complete satisfaction.
