Stanton F. Long

Stan currently serves full time as Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Alacrity Services LLC. Prior to founding Alacrity, Stan
was elected Vice Chairman and Director of Project Time & Cost (PT&C)
and served as Chief Executive Officer of PT&C since January 2001.
Stan is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. He holds a J.D. from
Willamette University College of Law and is a member of the Oregon State Bar
Association. Upon graduation from law school in 1967, Stan joined what was to
become Harrang, Long, Gary, and Rudnick, PC, an Oregon and California law firm,
where he continues as a shareholder today. From 1972 through 1981, Stan was the
City Attorney for Eugene, Oregon. In 1981, he began an assignment as Deputy
Attorney General for the State of Oregon. From 1984 through 1987, he also was
appointed Director of the State of Oregon's Department of Commerce. In this
position presided over the office of the Insurance Commissioner, Superintendent
of State Banks, Corporation Commissioner, Building Codes Division, State
Housing Program, Fire Marshall, and various other State Boards and Commissions.
In 1988, Stan began his second career in the insurance
industry. For the next four years he was president and Chief Executive Officer
of SAIF Corporation, the largest workers' compensation company in Oregon. While
there, Stan conceived and implemented a strategy for a major turnaround, which
took the company from insolvency to financial health. He also is regarded as
the principal architect of Oregon's workers' compensation reform legislation
passed in 1991. Today, SAIF Corporation manages over $325 million in annual
sales.
In 1992, Stan joined American International Group, Inc.,
(AIG) in New York, as President of the Cost Containment Division. He later
served as President of AIG Claims Services and AIG Vendor Services and was the
Senior Home Office Executive for AIG Consultants. In addition, Travelers
Property Casualty as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Claims Department. He
also was a member of the Travelers Executive Committee.
J.David Gibbs

J. David Gibbs is founding partner of The West Bridge Group,
LLC. The West Bridge Group provides alternative dispute resolution, consulting,
legal and related business and advisory services to companies and individuals
in areas including litigation and prelitigation disputes, risk management,
insurance services and distribution, internal investigations and disaster
response and recovery.
Before forming West Bridge, Mr. Gibbs served as President
and Chief Executive Officer, Claim Services, for Travelers Property Casualty
Corporation. As chief claims officer, Mr. Gibbs was the senior executive
responsible for all aspects of service delivery, claims results and operations
for Travelers Personal Lines, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Property,
Liability and integrated disability and absence management businesses,
including Travelers Investigative Services, Major Case Units, Staff Counsel and
related functions. He oversaw the formation and growth of Synchrony, the
integrated disability and absence management joint venture formed by Travelers
and MetLife in 1998, and served as Chairman of Constitution State Services LLC,
the Travelers fee for service businesses in commercial lines, the profitability
of which grew substantially under his administration. Under his leadership,
Marsh Inc. named Travelers Claim Services number one in the industry in 2000
and again in 2001.
Prior to joining Travelers, David was Senior Vice President,
Product Services and Regulation, for the Domestic Brokerage Group companies of
American International Group (AIG). He joined AIG as Counsel for New Hampshire
Insurance Group, in Manchester, New Hampshire. After several years with the New
Hampshire Group, he as named General Counsel of AIG's Cost Containment Division
in New York, NY and was later appointed Senior Vice President and General
Counsel, AIG Claim Services. Before joining AIG, he practiced law in
Washington, D.C. with Steele & Fornaciari, a firm whose practice was
devoted to trail and appellate litigation and business law. Earlier, David
served as Associate Counsel for Sentry Insurance Group in its Atlanta, Georgia
regional home office, following several years of practicing law with Bovis,
Kyle & Burch, an Atlanta-based insurance defense and business law firm.
Mr. Gibbs is a graduate of the University of Richmond and
Emory University School of Law.
Laura Vaccaro

Laura serves as Alacrity's President. She has 15 years
experience in Corporate Finance for medium sized consulting firms with
extensive experience in personnel management, business process improvement,
implementing policies and procedures and strengthening internal controls.
Most recently, Laura served as Vice President of Home Office
Operations for the AlacNETTM group where she was instrumental in the
development of our Customer Support Group and in establishing the operating
processes for our Contracting and Credentialing Group.
Keith Hemmer

Keith is the Vice President of Insurance Services for Alacrity Services LLC. He
manages the field activities of the Company and participates in the
implementation process of new programs. Keith has been with Alacrity since it’s
inception and is an integral part of the relationships with several of our
Carrier companies, including Allstate, Encompass, and Shelby Vesta.
His 10 years of experience in consulting and project management has been
extremely useful as new programs and new carriers are added to AlacNet.
