Home Owners

Alacrity Services LLC, has over ten years of experience in working with small and major insurance companies and their respective policyholders.
Alacrity manages a nationwide network of credentialed professional contractors. We manage insurance claims, water mitigation, and homeowner renovations issues from start to finish. Alacrity works with various insurance companies to make these independent contractors available to homeowners who have experienced a claim, should the homeowner choose to use them. Neither Alacrity nor the insurance carrier hires the contractor. When a contractor is referred to a homeowner, the decision to use the contractor solely is the homeowner’s to make. Basically, we’ve done the homework for you.
Alacrity specializes in property claim repairs which are uniquely different from new construction or remodel work.

No, Alacrity representatives stay involved until the final Certificate of Satisfaction is signed by you at the conclusion of the job.
We use custom software powered by in-house and field representatives to shepherd your claim through a detailed job workflow. We keep you fully informed of the progress of the work being completed and coming soon we will be providing an Alacrity website login to view all of the contractor notes and worksite information. In addition to face to face communication you will be able to talk directly with the contractor through the website login. Milestones are established for which your sign off is needed prior to contractor payments via our Paying Agent Solution, so you always have the final control.
Alacrity’s Customer Service Representatives are always available should an issue arise.

We market this to the insurance industry, including agents and brokers as a quick, reliable and broad based solution to their policyholders. It’s on a national footprint so even though you may be local we provide the opportunity to participate in a robust countrywide network without the need of buying a franchise. Through the use of our technology and managerial expertise we provide a very competitive solution from both a price and results basis. That translates to more business to our Professional membership.
A wide array of trade types, including:
  1. Mitigation services which include water, smoke and fire mitigation and biohazard cleanup.
  2. Structural or General Contracting services. No job is too small or too large.

We provide a full-services claim resolution solution to meet all of our customer’s needs.
Our network of contractors covers 94% of the populated areas of the country.  
Contractors respond after hours and on weekends if it is an emergency.  For non-emergency assignments, the contractor will contact the insured within 24 hours.

The Alacrity system works to reinforce your relationship with your client.  In today’s popular trend of buying insurance online, agents and brokers are looking for new and innovative ways to retain their client base.  One way to do that is to be involved in servicing their claims, should they have any.  Currently, when an insured has a claim they call the carrier’s 800# or their agent who then refers them to the carrier.  The carrier processes the claim internally, never involving the agent.  Wouldn’t it be a positive step by referring your client to a credentialed contractor in their time of need?
To keep you engaged with your client, we have developed the technology to keep you fully informed of the progress by providing a website to view contractor notes and worksite information.  Besides face to face communication, you, your client, and the contractor can communicate through the website (coming soon).   Alacrity’s local Customer Service Representatives are always available to serve you.  These features keep you actively involved in your client’s insurance needs.
