Within the AlacNetsm secure application, claim adjusters
report property losses to Alacrity's managed contractor network,
view property damage estimates and photos of the loss and approve settlement by
procuring the services needed to complete repairs at the agreed upon price. On personal
property losses Alacrity technologies accurately price thousands
of items and offer direct replacement through participating suppliers. Contractors
and vendors are managed through a skilled field and customer support group to maintain
high customer satisfaction.
Alacrity Regional Field Managers include former claims adjusters,
contractors, and engineers who work with insurance carriers, adjusters and vendors
to resolve technical claims issues, property repairs and vendor performance.
Alacrity claim consultants, who make up our Customer Support Group,
also include former claims adjusters and contractors. These CSG professionals oversee
the fulfillment and delivery of our service on every claim assignment. Claim executives
can review vendor and adjuster performance, customize their own vendor network,
set workflow rules, and produce valuable management and performance information
about their own customers' claims experience, vendors, and adjusting staffs. |
