Within the AlacNET secure application, claim adjusters report property losses to Alacrity's managed contractor network; view property damage estimates and photos of the loss; and approve settlement by; procuring the vendor to complete the repairs at the agreed upon price. On personal property loss Alacrity technology can accurately produce pricing on thousands of items and offer direct replacement through participating vendors. Contractors and vendors are managed through a skilled field and customer support group to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Alacrity Regional Field Managers include former claims adjusters, contractors, and engineers who work with carriers, adjusters and vendors to resolve technical claims issues, property repair issues and vendor performance issues. Alacrity claim consultants, who make up our Customer Support Group, also include former claims adjusters and contractors.
